Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the AERÉVA online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store use

You must use the store lawfully and provide accurate, current information when placing an order. You must not interfere with the store, misuse its content or attempt unauthorised access.

Products and cosmetic information

We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colours appear, and packaging or product details may change. Hairline Veil is a temporary cosmetic cover-up. It is not a medical treatment and does not treat hair loss or promote hair growth.

Orders and payment

Prices are displayed in the store currency shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailable stock. If we cancel a paid order, we will provide a refund.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy form part of these terms. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

Intellectual property

Store content, including branding, text, graphics and original photography, is owned by or licensed to AERÉVA and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

Third-party services

The store may rely on third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers and carriers. Their separate terms and policies may apply.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AERÉVA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place an order applies to that order unless the law requires otherwise.
