Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery within Australia is 7–15 business days after dispatch. For supported international destinations, estimated delivery is 10–20 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, severe weather or high-volume periods.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details after dispatch. Tracking may take several business days to show its first scan.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us through the Contact page as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.

Customs and duties

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their destination country unless checkout states otherwise.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us through the Contact page with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
